Second-Year Resident
Dr. Tamsin Durand is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, where she received a bachelor of science in kinesiology in 2000. Her post-graduate education was completed at St. George's University, Grenada, West Indies, where she earned a masters in public health in 2005 and a doctor of medicine in 2007.
An active volunteer during medical school, Dr. Durand's involvement included service as president of the St. George's University chapter of the American Medical Student Organization and international programming coordinator for the organization. She also worked on a lymphatic filariasis project, traveling around Guyana to provide education on the tropical infection.
